Nestled in the Osage Hills overlooking Tulsa, Oklahoma is one of the PREMIER event centers. Bridle Creek opened in 2007 with it's first full year in 2008. Bridle Creek Horse Ranch and Resort is a state of art equestrian center located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The gorgeous lodge and 13 log cabins are available for rental.
The 55,000 square foot arena is steel construction with overhead doors and 4 walk-in doors. The roof contains daylight panels and the overhead lighting is more than ample. The arena has electric, water and a sprinkler system. All panels, pens and chutes were provided by the Priefert Company. The announcers stand is raised, wood construction with windows and storage underneath. There are 10 sets of bleachers and 2 movable 10x12 buildings used for concession and office purposes. Bridle Creek has hosted team ropings, barrel races, senior pro rodeos and horse shows. Additionally, the arena has been used for a kid's carnival as well as the setting for a concert. When the arena does not have an event scheduled, individuals with memberships use the arena for riding. It is also used during the day to exercise horses which are boarded in the stables. The building housing the stables is steel construction with sliding windows on stalls, and concrete center isle. There are 26 stalls supplied, by the Priefert Company. All stalls are matted. There is an office, tack room,feed room,saddle storage and a bathroom with a shower. Overhead lighting and ceiling fans are installed. The events barn is an open pole barn, with steel construction, is used for gatherings, Roundup Club meetings, etc. The hay barn provides storage for hay, feed, stage coaches and miscellaneous tools. A laundry and storage room is on the back side.
There are ten (10) paddocks ranging from .6 to two (2) acres in size. Each has a loafing shed, water, electric and black wood 4 rail fencing. The 44 acres m/l which lie south of the cabins has a huge deep pond and is gently sloping and would make excellent pasture ground. Fenced on 2 sides and 1/2 on another.
