Main building site:
Barn 36x100 w/ North lean 40x144, w/South lean 36x100, w/East lean 68x72 cattle handling system is located in the east lean, w/cattle chute and headgate for cows, and smaller setup for calves, the calf chute has a scale. There is also an adjustable loading chute. This complex is set up w/many different pens and corals for loafing, sorting and especially for calving. Large winter feedlot is adjacent also. There are 6 concrete feedlots (160 x200) with auto water units., and feeders. Mercury vapor lights have been recently installed in the North lean. “Old Milk Room” is ideal for veterinary supplies etc., it is heated and has hot water also. All pens and corals are accessible for cleaning with a skid loader.
36x100 Quonset w/ South lean 68x114 is currently used for hay storage, set up for wintering cattle, and also for winter calving. Again is adjacent to concrete winter feedlot ( 60 x 112 ).

44x72 Shop/Office This building has an office area with ½ bath, and kitchenette. This building is heated with in floor, and radiant hot water heat, fueled by an outdoor wood burner. In this building is a Generac Generator (35 KW 1224 ) 230 amps. This is included and provides backup power for the ranch. This generator has approx. 700 hrs. of use. The workshop area of this building is set up with lots of workbench space and parts storage. The East end is used for tractor storage w/the in floor heat it keeps them thawed in the winter season.
