January 30, 2018 (KANSAS CITY, Mo.) – United Country Real Estate | Auction Services announced a new partnership with AuctionTime.com, a leader in online auctions for agriculture and construction equipment, commercial trucks and trailers. In conjunction with the new partnership, AuctionTime.com launched a new online equipment website specifically for UCRE affiliates.

The new website, www.UCEquipmentAuctions.com, will host auction listings within UCRE’s network containing agricultural, commercial and transportation equipment in the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras and Panama. Designed by Sandhills Publishing, the website will provide a global bidding platform for both buyers who are currently in the market for new equipment acquisitions and for sellers who have heavy equipment that needs marketed or sold. The website is powered by a cloud-based inventory management system that allows UCRE affiliates and auctioneers to upload and register equipment for upcoming auctions and generate online listings. Listings are then displayed on the website where users can browse upcoming auctions, search for specific equipment and place bids on auction day. There are no fees for registration, buyer fees or hidden reserve pricing when bidding through the portal.

“Our network of over 4,000 brokers, agents and auctioneers will gain a tremendous advantage for their clients through this new online equipment auction program with AuctionTime” said Shawn Terrel, president of UCRE | Auction Services. “The program has been specifically developed to provide thousands of UCRE affiliates, nationally and internationally, a dynamic equipment auction solution by leveraging one of the industry’s largest online equipment auction platforms.  We are excited to see this partnership come together and look forward to a long term and mutually rewarding relationship with AuctionTime.”

“We’ve worked directly with manufacturers, financial institutions and dealerships large and small to establish auction platforms that provide a clean, easy and consistent outlet for equipment,” said Nathan Stack, manager for AuctionTime.com. “UCEquipmentAuctions.com ensures United Country direct access to successful weekly auctions and the built-in exposure and flexibility each independently operated location needs to leverage it for growth.”

The new website will work alongside the existing UCRE | Auction Services online auction portal, UCAuctionSale.com, which is powered by HiBid.com, and supports all types of real estate and personal property inventory. This type of inventory remains outside the normal scope of farm, construction and transportation equipment which is now supported through the new online equipment auction platform with AuctionTime.

UCRE offices are already seeing the advantages of the new partnership through increased marketing and sales opportunities for their clients who have equipment to sell.

“We are finding that AuctionTime has the same type of worldwide exposure for equipment, similar to what United Country Real Estate provides for real estate,” said Virgil George, broker/owner of UCRE | Rocking X Land Company. “The partnership is very complimentary and our representative at AuctionTime has been extremely helpful in getting our equipment exposed to a global audience. In fact, we have already successfully sold and shipped equipment to Botswana (southern edge of Africa. We expect the new online auction platform will lead to many more equipment opportunities for UCRE.”
