About The Musser Brothers
Since 1956, the Musser name has
been synonymous with auctions
throughout the northwestern
United States. Bob and Lillian
Musser conducted their first
“farm” auction in February 1957
for a small farm just outside of
Powell, Wyo. Soon thereafter,
Bob was conducting multiple
auctions each week all over the
Big Horn Basin. In 1958, he
began conducting real estate
auctions as a part of his
regular auction business.
All five Musser children grew up
helping with auctions, and today
all four men are involved in the
business. In 1982, Musser Bros.
opened their second location in
Billings, Mont., to be followed
closely by their third location
in the Tri-Cities of Washington
later that year. A fourth
location was opened in Twin
Falls, Idaho, in 1991, and just
recently, a third generation
family member began working in
the Boise, Idaho, market. In
2007, the Musser Brothers
affiliated with United Country
Real Estate. The company is now
known as United Country – Musser
Bros., Inc.
