Online Listing Strategy Powered by Trulia.com

KANSAS CITY, MO- September 10, 2007- United Country Real Estate, the only national real estate franchise system specializing in real estate throughout the small cities and towns of rural America, announced today that the company has entered into a strategic marketing and listing strategy
agreement with Trulia.com, America’s leading real estate vertical search engine.  Additionally, United Country is partnering with Google™ to provide its listing content via Google Base to google.com, the world’s largest comprehensive search engine. Through these partnerships, United Country’s inventory
of nearly 25,000 listings will be automatically uploaded to google.com, via Google Base, and
trulia.com, maximizing the online visibility of United Country listings nationwide.

“Partnering with Trulia and Google to expose our clients’ properties to the largest possible buyer base is part of a larger strategic initiative to empower our local United Country Real Estate offices with the most comprehensive and advanced set of technology and marketing solutions available in the market today,” said Dan Duffy, Chief Executive Officer of United Country Real Estate.  “We are thrilled to offer this additional value added service to our 660 plus national affiliate franchisee partners.”

This agreement will allow United Country Real Estate professionals to provide sellers with even greater marketing exposure for their listings. United Country.com, and the individual Web sites of each United Country franchise office, will find increased web traffic as a result of this new venture in comprehensive listing distribution. Buyers will now have the ability to search for property on trulia.com or google.com and find direct links to United Country brokerage Web sites for additional listing details, agent contacts and area information.

The addition of United Country’s listing inventory to Trulia will provide reciprocal benefits to trulia.com
and its visitors.
