United Country Real Estate Announces Online Listing Strategy Powered by
Trulia.com and Google

KANSAS
CITY, MO- September 10, 2007- United
Country Real Estate, the only national

America, announced today that the
company has entered into a strategic
marketing and listing strategy agreement
with Trulia.com, America’s leading real
estate vertical search engine.
Additionally, United Country is
partnering with Google™ to provide its
listing content via Google Base to
google.com, the world’s largest
comprehensive search engine. Through
these partnerships, United Country’s
inventory of nearly 25,000 listings will
be automatically uploaded to google.com,
via Google Base, and trulia.com,
maximizing the online visibility of
United Country listings nationwide.

larger strategic initiative to empower

agreement will allow United Country Real

increased web traffic as a result of
this new venture in comprehensive listing distribution.
Buyers will now have the ability to
search for property on trulia.com or
google.com and find direct links to
United Country brokerage Web sites for
additional listing details, agent
contacts and area information.
