Greetings from Sparta Wisconsin. I grew up in Black River Falls, 30 miles north of Sparta. I have lived and worked in this area for 55 years and no matter where I have traveled over this span of time, I feel this is one of the most outstanding places in the country to reside.

After high school I attended the UW Eau Claire taking business and humanities courses. I decided to work on the family Christmas tree farm when I was a Junior in college, moved on the farm and eventually bought the family business. I continued to grow Christmas trees and also propagated evergreen and deciduous seedlings just north of Sparta. In 1997 I sold the business and started my real estate career.

In 2000 I opened a United Country Real Estate Franchise in Sparta. We have been here for the last 9 years and I have grown to enjoy the business immensely. This profession lets me explore the beautiful western Wisconsin countryside and visit and work with our local residents on a daily basis. On top of that I enjoy meeting the new faces that are moving into our area and am dedicated to servicing these sellers and buyers with a well honed professional skill.

I am perpetually in a state of educating myself to become a better professional realtor by attending seminars both regionally, nationally and on line. We apply what we learn and progressively improve ourselves as professional REALTORS.

We recently opened up an auction company and find that it compliments our existing real estate business. Some of the world’s best auction companies are United Country affiliates and all of this expertise is now at our finger tips.

Our office staff is professional and refreshing. Lisa Kasten the Tech Data Manger and Jennifer Faber the Human Resources/Public Relations Coordinator gives our customers and clients the best possible customer service in the industry. I consider all of the agents in this office my friends and invite you work with anyone of them.

I have a passion for this business and spend a lot of my time working with Buyers and Sellers. When I have time to relax and play I motorcycle, bicycle, plow snow, work around home, read and spend time in the garage laughing and discussing life and its wonders with my family and friends.
