Scott Gruening, Real Estate Consulting & Marketing Scott is a life long resident of Central Wisconsin. 14 years ago, Scott was asked to take a job transfer to the "big city" to continue his career in the computer business. He decided that he loved Central Wisconsin too much to leave and his new real estate career began. He specializes in lakeshore, recreational, and timberland properties throughout Central and Northern Wisconsin. Scott works with owners of large land tracts, timber companies, and corporations to help maximize real estate returns. He has successfully developed over 100 subdivisions for a national developer of lakeshore and recreational properties. Scott enjoys golf, hunting for both turkey and deer, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He especially enjoys spending time at his lake home or his 300 acres of timberland he manages for hunting. When it comes to marketing lakeshore, recreational land, or timberland properties, Scott is a true expert. Scott is also part of our Lakeshore and Timberland Marketing Team and is an expert at marketing waterfront and wooded properties.
