Joe Fredericks, Sales Associate Joe A. Fredericks has joined the United Country, Joe Williams and associates team. Joe recently moved to Colleton County from Kentucky where he has lived for the past fourteen years. He had worked in real estate there also; Joe had taken The Real Estate Principles and Practice course from Career Development Centers in Lexington Kentucky. While attending the University Of Michigan he also took classes in Real Estate to help guide him in personal real estate investment. He obtained his real estate license from the State of South Carolina in July. Prior to his involvement in the real estate business Joe had been with P.L.R.S. a professional national consulting group where he concentrated his consulting services in the area of real estate, new store locations as well as employee relations programs, mostly to the retail food industry. While filling the position of Director of Store Operations for a west Michigan based supermarket chain, Joe was appointed to Spartan Stores, Inc. retail advisory board, a Supermarket products purchasing and marketing cooperative of Grand Rapids Michigan with total annual sales of nearly 2 billion dollars. His lifelong hobby has been hunting and big fishing game, with emphasis on dangerous game hunting. He considers it the last great adventure on earth available. These hunts have taken him to Africa, Europe the Pacific Rim, the Artic, most of the Canadian Provinces and the great hunting states of our own western United States. Joe raises old time foot hunting English Setters and loves fall hunts to Wisconsin and Maine for Ruffed Grouse. Joe loves to travel and his favorite cities are Paris London and Rome. He is also a Korean veteran and honors all veterans and military personnel. Currently he has a grandson in Special Forces with 2 tour of duty to Iraq to his credit, wounded in Ramadi in 2007 and is waiting deployment to Afghanistan. He also has a nephew in flight training at Pensacola Fl. Naval Air Station. Joe has 3 children 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
