James Dillard Named Best of Arkansas Real Estate Agent: A Recognition Built on Trust, Service and a Love for the Land

This year's honor recognizes James Dillard's dedication to his clients, his deep roots in Arkansas, and his commitment to helping people achieve their real estate goals.

That spirit of gratitude and teamwork has been a driving force throughout his real estate career. After graduating from college, James Dillard entered the real estate industry in 2015 and has spent more than a decade building relationships and helping buyers and sellers navigate some of life's biggest decisions.

A lifelong Arkansan, James Dillard has a passion for the outdoors and a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that makes the state unique. Growing up surrounded by rivers, lakes and timberland helped shape both his lifestyle and the types of properties he specializes in today.

As co-owner of United Country | Natural State Home & Land alongside his father, Glenn Dillard, James Dillard and his team have built a reputation for successfully marketing a wide range of properties, from residential homes and commercial assets to recreational land, timberland, country homes and waterfront properties. Their specialty lies in helping clients buy and sell the lifestyle they know and love.

One recent example of that dedication involved a complex 52-acre property located within city limits. The transaction required collaboration with developers, civil engineers, city planning officials, and city council meetings before ultimately reaching the finish line. The project is expected to bring a large residential development to the area.

While not every transaction requires that level of coordination, James Dillard approaches each client relationship with the same commitment and enthusiasm.

His dedication to serving clients has earned recognition before. Last year, he was featured as his Local Board's Agent of the Year, followed by recognition this year at the statewide level.
