PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO COMPLY. BY BIDDING, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS:
This auction has been ordered by the Youth Transformation Center, and the items will sell to the highest bidder at the close of the auction. These items are being sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. The photos and descriptions of the items are for descriptive purpose only and cannot be relied upon as a substitution for an inspection by the buyer. A failure by the bidder to inspect the items shall not in any way relieve the buyer of the responsibilities outlined in these terms.
These items are being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
There will be no public inspection for this auction. Please review the online photos, and contact our office with any questions.
As a charitable auction, no sales tax or buyer's premium will be charged.
Payment can be made by credit card, cashier's check, or wire transfer. Items will not be released to winning bidders unless they present a paid receipt.
Personal checks will NOT be accepted unless pre-approved PRIOR TO BIDDING.
Full payment is due by 2:00 PM, on Thursday, July 14, 2016. Unless notified of an alternative payment form, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the winning bid plus the buyer's premium.
The Auctioneer is serving as an agent only for the seller. Information regarding these items has been provided by the seller and seems reliable. However, the bidder waives any claims against the auctioneer.
The bidders agree to hold harmless the Auctioneer, his agents and assigns, and the Seller, from any failure of the electronic bidding platform to accept or register a bid. The bidding platform may require a credit card in order to participate.
Bidders and their guests waive any liability and accept full responsibility for their safety and well being while previewing the items, and/or during removal. Winning bidders are liable for any damages caused during removal.
All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Should there be any dispute regarding this purchase, the bidder agrees to adjudicate or mediate this matter in El Paso County, Colorado. The bidder agrees that he/she will NOT "stop payment" or dispute any credit card charges made in conjunction with this auction, as other remedies are available.
By entering a bid, the bidder agrees and affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed with the terms of this auction. Bids, once entered, will not be voided or deleted. If you are unsure of how to bid, contact the Auctioneer.
REMOVAL - ABANDONMENT All items MUST be removed, at the buyer's sole responsibility and liability, on Friday, July 15, 2016 between 09:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Any items NOT REMOVED by the above deadline will be considered abandoned and will revert to the seller for disposition without any recourse.
The seller may assess a fee for abandoned property for disposal and handling costs. Such fees will be charged directly to your credit card. No refunds will be issued for abandoned property.
SHIPPING No shipping service will be provided by the Auctioneer. If you wish to hire your own shipper, any shipping fees or costs are between you and the shipper.
