TERMS:

Mobile home is being sold AS IS with no warranties of any kind.  SOFT CLOSE: Closing will begin on Friday February 20th @ 6:00 P.M. EST with a soft close. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This eliminates bidders bidding at the last second from our auctions. HOME TO BE REMOVED FROM PROPERTY: The buyer must remove the home with 90 days of the completion of the auction at the buyer's expense. RENTERS: If the home is rented at the time of the auction the renters shall have 30 days after the completion of the auction to vacate. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to winning bids to determine final sales prices.   PAYMENT: Payment to be made within 7 days of completion of auction by cash, check or debit/credit card. If paying with card there will be a 3% processing fee added to your total. If paying with the card used to register please bring that card with you at pickup.
