Bidding & Registration To participate, please create an account and follow the registration prompts Qualification: The Auctioneer (UCRE|Smithberger Realty & Auctions) reserves the absolute right to review, approve, or deny any registration based on provided information, historical bidding activity, and HiBid reputation scores/metrics. Bidding Errors: Please exercise care when bidding. If you make a mistake (e.g., a typo or entering your bidder number in the bid field), contact us immediately via email or our online form. Once the auction has closed, no bids will be reversed or changed. Auction Closing Process Staggered Closing: Lots close at a rate of one per minute. Soft Close: If a bid is placed within 2 minutes of a lot’s scheduled end time, the bidding window for that item will extend by an additional 2 minutes. Please refresh your browser frequently to ensure you are seeing the most current time and price. Outbid Notifications: You will receive email notifications if you are outbid until midnight EST the night before the auction ends. On the final day of the auction, outbid notices will not be sent. Payment & Invoicing A 14% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final contract price on all items except vehicles and equipment. A 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid on the Willy Jeeps and the Equipment. Payment Method: WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. No other forms of payment (cash, check, or credit card) for the dozer, backhoe, Duece Truck, Willy Jeeps. Payment Method for all other items of this auction will be credit card. Titled Items: Titles will be available for pickup or sent via mail with tracking within 30 days following Probate Court approval. Sales Tax: No sales tax will be collected for this specific sale Requirement: All invoices must be paid in full via wire transfer for vehicles or credit card for all others prior to the removal of any items. Removal & Logistics Timeline: PICKUP DAY, SATURDAY, APRIL 4TH 11AM-4PM. All items must be removed on APRIL 4TH 2026. Documentation: The Buyer (or their designated agent/shipper) must provide a physical or electronic signature acknowledging receipt of the property at the time of pickup. Responsibility: Winning bidders are solely responsible for the disassembly, loading, and transportation of items. Please bring all necessary labor and supplies (boxes, packing materials, trucks, trailers). Auction staff is not responsible for assisting with the movement of items Abandonment & Delinquency IMPORTANT: Items not paid for or removed by April 4th may be resold, removed, stored, or abandoned at the Auctioneer's discretion. The Buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal fees, collection costs, transportation, and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.
