The Larsen Company Real Estate and Auction

By order of the seller, this fire-damaged multifamily property in the heart of Phoenix’s Oakland Historic District will be sold to the highest bidder via online auction. This is not a foreclosure, but an ordered public sale—and a unique chance to revitalize a historic asset near Downtown Phoenix.

🏗️ Development Opportunity

Originally improved with 5 permitted rental units, this property is zoned R-5 (Multi-Family Residence) and includes a front duplex that suffered fire damage. A conceptual plan has been developed for new studio or 1-bedroom units at the rear of the lot. The sale includes structural and architectural plans to help bring your vision to life.

This property carries a historical designation, and the surrounding neighborhood is actively undergoing revitalization—with new multifamily development and restoration of classic homes. It's ideally situated close to ASU Downtown, the Light Rail, Roosevelt Row, the Arts District, and Downtown Phoenix.

Don’t miss your chance to bid, buy, and be a part of the district’s transformation!
