This land is located 5.5-miles Northwest of Cunningham and 13-miles Northeast of Pratt. Possession of this land will be on March 1st, 2024.
The mineral rights will be offered separately from the surface rights. There are (2) Gas Storage Lease Agreements (one for each quarter) that paid out in total $10,649.60 for 2023 and $11,249.60 for 2024. These leases expire on Jan. 30th, 2034; however, both leases could potentially be renewed at that time. The Seller will retain the 2024 payment.
