Dates/Times: The online auction will begin to close at 6:00 PM CST,
8/4/2025, utilizing a 2-minute soft close format.
Check Out Dates/Times: Pick up is on Wednesday, 8/6/2025, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
All vehicles must be picked up on the designated pick up date.
Bidding Notice: 10% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases. 8.625%
Oklahoma Sales Tax on applicable lot(s). (See Terms & Conditions #10 if you
hold a sales tax permit. You must submit tax exempt certificate prior to close
of auction.)
Auction Notice: All merchandise is SOLD AS-IS WHERE-IS without warranties or
guarantees of any kind. Purchases over $500 will require payment by wire
