Terms & Conditions: All items being sold "as is, where is". The auction starts at 10 AM. All invoices must be paid by cash or check on auction day. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and value of items. The auction company does not guarantee the condition or validity of the description of items. Bidders are responsible for doing their own due diligence prior to bidding. Bidders acknowledge that all items are sold "as is, where is with any and all faults. Once bid has been won and item is considered sold, the item(s) are bidder’s responsibility.
