in 1972, After Finishing School, Gaby Immigrated To America With Her Husband To Dayton, Ohio, Where Her Husband Was Raised. There She Discovered That Being A Rescuer For Stray Animals, Especially Abandoned Cats Was Very Rewarding. She Enlisted The Help Of A Local Veterinarian, Who Not Only Took Care Of Many Injuries Of These Cats, But Also Helped Her To Find Permanent And Loving Homes. Of Course, Gaby's Own Home Became A Shelter For Some Of The Most Shy Cats.
After Adjusting To Life In America, Later That Same Year, Gabriele Applied For Her License In Barbering And Hairdressing. A Trade Learned In Germany. Gaby Worked In This Profession Until 1985, During This Time She Participated In Many Hair Cutting/styling Competitions. After Winning Several Championships, Including A National 1.st Place In Chicago.
in December 1979 Gaby Married A Wonderful Man, Who Also Immigrated To America From Germany. That Same Month Gabriele Became An Entrepreneur And Started Her Own Hair Salons. Gaby Trained Many Young Stylists And Barbers And Helped Starting Their Careers. in 1985 Gaby Sold Her Hair Salon Business And Started Her Career In The Real Estate. The Training She Received From A Coldwell Banker Helped Shape Her Passion For The Real Estate Business. Gabriele, Also Excelled In This Business, And Received Many Local And Regional Awards From Coldwell Banker. Gaby Also Was Honored To Be Selected As One Of The 'top 100 Realtors' In Dayton, Oh By Her Peers And Clients.
gaby And Her Partner Started A Construction Firm In 1988. Their Goal Was To Create Value And Build An Affordable Beautiful Home For Their Clients.
in 1990 Gaby Retired With Her Husband To Albuquerque, Nm. There They Built Their Dream Home And A New Hobbies Were Discovered. New Mexico Is Such A Wonderful Place To Live And To Enjoy The Outdoors With A Perfect Climate Throughout The Year. Gabriele Learned To Play Golf And Skiing ,that Lifestyle Of Leisure And Retirement Was Fun. Gaby And Her Husband Became Very Active In Their Church Home In Albuquerque.
1994 Was Another Year Of Change. Gabriele And Her Husband Were Looking For A Vacation Spot In Northern New Mexico. So, After Discovering Angel Fire, Eagle Nest And The Moreno Valley And Researching Which Type Of Home To Build, Lindal Cedar Home Soon Became An Obvious Choice, Because Of The Quality Of The Materials, The 'lifetime Structural Warranty' And The Total Flexibility Of Their Designs.
