Kandy Jo is a true Arkansas native and has been in the Ash Flat/Hardy area for the past 18 years with her husband and 3 children. 

 She worked in retail for 10 years prior to switching gears and began working at Homeworks Kitchen and Bath in Hardy as a kitchen and bath designer.  Her back ground in construction and remodel gives her an edge as she knows how a house is put together and what to look for in the  quality and construction of a home.  

In 2010 Kandy Jo became a Realtor at United Country Cotham & Company and has been with them for over 8 years.  Becoming a Realtor was the perfect combination for her love of  homes and love of helping others.  She has won several awards over the years for sales volume in her office.  

Kandy Jo enjoys helping buyers find their dream home with a little stress as possible. She  will make sure buyers understand the whole process, from how to get a loan to the keys at closing.  She also works as hard for her sellers as well and wants them to acheive thier goals in marketing and selling their home to the highest level.
