Jaynell Chambers
Agent
Jaynell has been in the real estate business since 2004. Having been born in Arizona, she has a lot of knowledge of Yavapai County and Arizona's only federally designated Wild and Scenic River the Verde River which is a critical flyway for migratory birds and home to nesting bald eagles, rare species of reptiles, amphibians, and many species of native fish. Yavapai county is home to desert grasslands, several national and state forest and riparian habitats. A great diversity of vegetation creates many wildlife niches for deer, elk, turkey, black bear, javelina, coyote, mountain lion, big horn sheep, fox, red ground squirrel, beavers and otters.
Jaynell is married to her husband Rick Chambers who is retired from the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company (BNSF). She has three sons and six grandchildren, Justin her oldest son also works at United Country Verde Valley Property as the Broker and independent owner. Jaynell is the past Director of the Mohave Museum of History & Arts and shares the passion of preserving history in the state of Arizona. Her hobbies include kayaking, walking with her husband, family and friends, touring on Rick's Harley Davidson motorcycle and selling real estate. She is also enthusiastic about helping out in her community whether it be "Bread of Life Mission" a food distribution dedicated to serving people of Camp Verde and surrounding communities. Volunteering where needed at Calvary Chapel Camp Verde Church or assisting with City and County activities throughout the year.
She loves selling real estate especially to out of state buyers looking to find various designated wilderness areas which offers many opportunities for primitive and unconfined activities including hiking trails, backpacking, horseback riding, big and small game hunting, wildlife viewing, swimming, rock climbing, bird watching and fishing. The striking beauty of red cliffs allows for outstanding opportunities for photography and painting. The Verde Valley retains it integrity as an outstanding clean and pristine living in Sedona, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Cornville, Rimrock and Camp Verde. And having been in real estate for over 13 years she is very knowledgeable in many aspects of the business; luxury homes, custom homes, new construction, vacant land, commercial properties and investments.
