If shed hunting is your hobby you will love the endless shed hunting opportunities the ranch and surrounding area have to offer. In addition, there are desert bighorn sheep in the area and can often be seen in the fall and winter in the valley on the way into the ranch.

With alfalfa and native pasture grass mixed in the meadow can be a mule deer magnet or it is great livestock feed for a few horses or some cows for a short period of time. Currently there are no perimeter fences so the cattle on the public cattle permit come on the property.
