Kim Williams Lander's love for this land and her family ties run deep the Tri-county area of Florida of North Central Florida, with sets of great grandparents and grandparents being Farmers in Gilchrist, Fishermen along the entire Gulf Coast,  Bankers, Real Estate Investors, and Business owners in Dixie County, with in-laws who reside In Trenton.  Married to her High School Sweetheart, she has two beautiful daughters, Kelsey and Kassidy.  She works with Kelsey, who is also an agent, as a Mother & Daughter Real Estate Team. Her other daughter currently attends Law School in South Carolina.

Kim loves nature, the water, and is an avid fisher-woman and kayaker.  You can usually find her near or on some body of water in Florida!  She is also known to be the one in the family everyone calls about rescuing an animal! She loves to travel, island hop, Florida history,  and generally enjoys nature.

She attended the University of Florida, and later obtained a Masters Degree in Instructional Design. Her skillset and background allows her to aggressively market properties in all areas, including print mediums, and national online marketing campaigns.  

Her knowledge of the area & local communities, along with her personality equip her with the skills necessary to match buyers and sellers.
