I have been a Contract Coordinator for Brad Smith - Broker and certified appraiser, for 7 years. During that time, I have helped with listings, contracts, and managing his 60+ agents. I have gained valuable knowledge from this experience. I decided to become a licensed Realtor to help my own customers, friends, and family with their real estate needs.

I was born and raised in Levy County, and my roots go back 5 generations, growing up not far from where my grandparents raised their children. Chiefland is home, and where I grew up and raised my family. I am very familiar with the tri-counties. I understand the value of being raised in this area, and want to ensure that future generations, and those that choose to live here, appreciate that same value as well. My family enjoys spending time in the outdoors and on the water and appreciate the land and woods much like yourself. Prior to my current occupation, I helped run a successful automotive business. Before that, I worked for a local timber company, and through that opportunity, I learned a great deal about the Ag and Timber business in our area. Land is one of my favorite things to help buyers and sellers with! I understand the challenges that come with taking a blank slate and turning it into a homestead, but I also appreciate the beauty in raw land and the benefits of keeping it that way!
