Hi, I'm Josh Brecount!
Outside of my Real Estate career, I enjoy spending time with my Wife, & 2 Daughters, as well as going hunting or fishing with my Dad and older Brother. I grew up in Southeast Iowa (Fort Madison) & later moved to Van Buren County after graduating college. I now reside in Fairfield IA. I really enjoy utilizing my many hours a week of driiving, by listening to non-fictional educational audiobooks. I listen to many Real Estate books, to help keep me sharp on what's going on in the Real Estate world. Anything from Investing in Income Producing Properties, to Sales & Marketing Strategies, & everything in between.
I began my Real Estate career in 2010, as an Associate Residential Appraiser under my Father, & a year later I decided to also get my Real Estate Sales License. In 2014, I became a Certified Residential Appraiser, & in 2015 became a Broker in Iowa. At that time, I opened a Branch Office under Cramer Realty in Keosauqua, & was the managing broker. In 2017, I purchased the Firm I was working for & now manage the Keokuk & Keosauqua Locations.
