Born and raised in Cumberland Maryland, I have knowledge of the area.

I have had great success working with both buyers and sellers. Whether local or out of town buyers and/or sellers I have worked diligently to achieve maximum results. I also attempt to make the process as worry free as possible. This is where my computer skills come in handy. Those skills allow me the opportunity to communicate with buyers and sellers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys through emails, faxes etc... to get the job done. Being computer savvy also allows me to be able to better market properties to potential buyers.  I also enjoy working with first time home buyers, helping them find a place to call home. I have experience in remodeling homes which allows me to have an eye for details and the possibilities of a home's potential.

I have acquired knowledge by attending local continuing education classes, as well as learning new ideas from other agents and brokers. I take great pride in achieving the expectations of my buyers and sellers. I am now licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
