Fred lives on a 385-acre farm with his wife, Debbie and enjoys taking his grand kids and nephews hunting. Fred was born and raised in Harrison County and after graduation he moved to Kansas City to start a career with Montgomery Wards. He was with Wards for twenty years and had many jobs, including Service Advisor, Asst. Auto Manager, Auto Manager, District Auto Manager and Corporate Training Manager. When Montgomery Wards closed, Fred decided to move back home. Being an avid hunter his whole life and servicing customers it seemed a natural fit for Fred to move into Real Estate. So he started selling Real Estate in 2001 and has been a top ten sales associate every year and in the top five, eight of those years. He was the #1 Sales Agent in the nation in 2008. Fred has also been a top ten listing agent nearly every year. Fred specializes in Hunting, Recreational and Row Crop farms, but sells all types of property. Fred has taken many nice deer and turkey, and understands what his customers are looking for. Fred also works with several investors that want to diversify into agricultural land.
