Mary has 15+ years in various fields of Real Estate, including 11+ years of owning and operating the only full service Property Management Company in Sanders County, Ponderosa Property Management. This experience allows Buyers & Sellers to have an added market trend insight not otherwise available. In addition to Montana, Mary has lived in another exceptionally stunning area, Lake Tahoe. While there, she worked in Property Management and Administration for the largest Real Estate office on the North Shore (Tanager Realty) and as Title Clerk for the Hyatt Resorts High Sierra Grand Lodge. After hour pursuits finds Mary enjoying anything outdoors from kayaking and exploring local haunts to gardening. Varied other interests include tinkering on a 1973 Airstream redo project, woodcarving, sketching, and concierge service for Sherman the Boston Terrier. Mary also has the inability to put down a good historical book. This is a natural weakness and comes from having a family tree with members who have served in both the Civil and the Revolutionary War. Local projects finds Mary involved in helping get good people elected to office, recently serving as Campaign Manager for a County Commissioner Candidate, as well as assisting in Campaigns for Public Service Commissioner and Governor for the state of Montana.
