BODIE GRUNDEL
Montana Real Estate Agent
After retiring from the United States Air force with a decorated 26 years of serving throughout the world as a Human Resource Manager and Recruiter, I decided to go back to school and earn my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management Suma Cum Laud and finished school with not only my BA but an MBA in Marketing as well. Since graduating I have achieved national recognition for my skills in multimillion dollar sales. I continue to satisfy both buyers and sellers with my tireless work ethic, attention to detail and taking pride in listening and understanding what the buyers’ and sellers’ needs are and then providing solutions for my customers to achieve their goals.
Before making my way back to Western Montana to settle in selling real estate full-time, the Airforce first brought me to Bigfork, Montana where I visited Glacier National Park for the first time. I knew then, that I would never leave Montana. From Bigfork, my job took me to Great Falls, Montana for the next 17 years where my family and I continued to travel back to the park all summer long where we explored 100’s of miles of the back-country trails in Glacier National Park each year. Today, I currently live in Stevensville, Montana where I can enjoy the picturesque view of the Bitterroot Mountains from my porch daily with my family. We enjoy all the great outdoor opportunities Montana has to offer us, hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. I am an avid cyclist both road and mountain, amassing thousands of miles each year.
I would love to share my passion for the Missoula and Bitterroot Valleys and all the joy it brings to each family living here. I like to utilize my intimate knowledge of the area's diverse real estate landscape to connect buyers with the property that best suits their specific needs. From expansive luxury mountain lodges to beautiful sprawling valley ranches, and from the city outskirts to in-town residential locations, I assist my clients with equally the same integrity, fervor, and dedication.
I volunteer my time with several organizations and I currently serve on the Montana State Board of Directors for the National Wild Turkey Federation, where I have assisted in all achievements throughout the state, most notably introduction of wild turkeys into the Bitterroot valley in early 2001, and along the Missouri River in Cascade County in 2008, 2015 and 2016.
A lifelong outdoorsman, I believe that each season offers Montana enthusiasts something different, yet altogether exhilarating. Whether its fly fishing on the local and well known Blackfoot, Clark Fork, Rock Creek, or Bitterroot Rivers, hiking in the pristine National Parks in the summer, hunting upland birds and waterfowl, or downhill skiing on Discovery Ski Mountain outside of Philipsburg, MT in the winter, this lifestyle is truly one I believe in. When you are looking for property or a home in Montana's beautiful Missoula, Bitterroot Valley or anywhere in North West Montana, I am here to help you achieve your own slice of living under the Big Sky.
