Jeff is an entreprenure of life, verteran businessman, and seasoned professional in the real estate and auction industry. Since 1989, Jeff has proudly called the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina home, where he and his wife, Jon Ellen, have raised their family.
As the Broker in Charge (BIC) of the United Country office in Winston-Salem, Jeff leads a dedicated team of specialized Realtors® and Auctioneers, guiding clients through the buying or selling process for a wide range of properties, including country homes, farms, estates, and manufactured homes, as well as personal property auctions. His firm, serving the Piedmont and Foothills of North Carolina, is part of United Country Real Estate, the oldest real estate and auction company in the United States, established in 1925.
Jeff's career has been marked by a passion for marketing, sales, and affordable housing, which began in 1975 when he sold his first mobile home to a young couple in rural West Virginia. Since then, he has been dedicated to helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Jeff’s proprietary approach eliminates common surprises in the buying or selling process, providing clients with peace of mind. His philosophy, "Success Requires a Plan," is backed by his unique, strategic Listing Plan.
Jeff is also offers innovative methods for selling real estate and personal property. In addition to his role as a real estate broker, Jeff is a licensed Auctioneer, leading the firm's large truck, heavy equipment, and agricultural equipment auctions, which are sold through the hugely successful national and international AuctionTime.com platform.
