This room has tasteful built-in shelves and there is an exit to the garden area.  As you make your way down the hall to the handicap-accessible bedroom and full bath you pass power room #2.  This bathroom has stone tile, a single vanity with light fixtures, a mirror, and a window. 

The downstairs Master #1 Handicap accessible bedroom and full bath has 3 windows, carpet flooring a private toilet area, handicapped sink vanity, with tile countertop, and a large mirror with detail accents.  The large handicapped roll-in shower with a barrier-free entrance has plenty of room and also has a built-in tile seat.  The tile in this bathroom is very modern and very attractive. This bedroom also has an exit to the exterior of the property via a ramp. 

The foyer off the kitchen has hand-cut marble flooring leading to the elevator.  This area is also the entry into the cellar.  The cellar is located down one flight of stairs and has not one but two washer and dryer hookups.  The dryers are gas hookups.  This room has steel I beams a utility sink and 2 hot water heaters. 

LEVEL 2
