John-Brent Beaty was brought up in Canton, TX untill 1988 when his family returned home to Winnsboro, TX.  Winnsboro and the East Texas area has always been home to "JB".  After graduation from WISD he attended Dallas Mortuary Services and continued to work for his father’s funeral home here in Winnsboro for over 20 years. After the sell of his father’s business he made a move to the Real Estate Industry, working for United Country Cain Agency, Inc.  His love of people and community will surly be an asset to another chapter of his life.  John-Brent has served in all areas of community involvement including, Winnsboro Autumn Trails, Chamber of Commerce, Winnsboro EDC, and numerous service activities throughout the community.
