Larry specializes in quality waterfront and waterview homes, vacation homes on and around many of the south Texas area lakes
such as Lake Corpus Christi and Choke Canyon. He also deals with Country Homes on Acreage, recreational land for hunting and fishing opportunities
as well as residential city homes and farmland in the South Texas market. His knowledge and expertise in these types of properties has led him
to be a multi-million dollar producer in the area.

He began his Real Estate career in early 2000 after moving to the Coastal bend area from McAllen Texas after spending the previous
25+ years as a Sales Manager with a Wholesale Distributing Co. traveling much of the Southwest US. Prior to that,
he lived in the Dallas Texas area where he was raised to appreciate the outdoors. His certifications include
Graduate of Real Estate Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Consultant, 
Broker Price Opinion Specialist, Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, Reverse Mortgage Specialist and Certified Commercial Specialist.

Larry was nominated Realtor of the Year by his peers within the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors and served on
the Board of Directors for several terms helping to lead the Association in growth and development. He
held the first Realtors Association Cookoff to raise money for the Texas Realtor Political Action
Committee to support the leaders who showed support for homeownership in the State. Since that
time, the Cookoff has grown to be one of the major fund raisers for the association each year. 

Larry has a passion for anything outdoors including fishing, hunting, camping, photography and all sports
centered around the woods and water. He is a certified Hunter Education Instructor for the State of
Texas and has certified over 500 students teaching safety and ethics to the future sportsmen and
women of Texas. This passion is what led him and his wife to find their home on Lake Corpus Christi, just
north of the city of Corpus Christi where the wildlife abounds.
