David Coleman is a veteran Texas Auctioneer and real estate broker from Madisonville, TX and is a co-owner of United Country Coleman & Patterson. With over 20 years’ experience in farm & ranch auctions and selling trophy property, David has earned the reputation of providing the highest level of professional marketing service for his clients. David specializes in "Texas Real Estate Auctions" - with a niche for lifestyle real estate such as farmland, cattle ranches, rural land, and country homes in and around the central Texas real estate areas of Madison County, Leon County, Brazos County, Robertson County, Grimes County, and Walker County. In recent years, David has led the Texas real estate auction industry in selling bank foreclosures. Coleman & Patterson has conducted real estate auctions on thousands of bank owned properties mostly consisting of ranch land, subdivision lots, waterfront homes, commercial land tracts, and premier country homes. David, his wife Nicole and two boys Luke & Will Micah, live and understand the country lifestyle on their acreage where they own horses, cattle, goats, and dogs and enjoy their roping pen and spending weekends at youth rodeo events. David holds an Agriculture Business degree from Texas A&M and is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute at Indiana University, the most prestigious designation in the auction industry. David is a past President of Madisonville Sidewalk Cattlemen’s Association and belongs to B/CS Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Texas Auctioneers Association, and the National Auctioneers Association.
