Marian has been actively involved in the real estate industry for 30 years. The majority of her career was spent on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Working in a small family-owned office, she learned the ropes of real estate including vacation rentals, property management, second and luxury home markets, real estate development, lot sales and construction. Moving to Texas in 2004 she quickly honed her skills to address the fast-growing Texas residential market. Her production levels grew.

Now she and her husband, Stuart, work together as a team and they collectively handle residential, commercial and farm and ranch real estate in Atascosa, Medina and surrounding counties.  They have been the recipients of many awards from Century 21, Better Homes and Gardens and Keller Williams Realty.  She is a skillful negotiator and works diligently to represent her clients professionally. They use the latest communication, marketing and sales technology. Their objective is to provide their clients with a seamless real estate experience - service matters!
